Well...you've definitely earned yourself some alone time in a full-body rubber suit bound up in a corner.  ;D

Just a normal evening, then?

Yep...not one untied and searching through albums and albums; covers and covers; picture after picture until turning blue in the face. A 'normal' night will seem great.

Although...you could always add something more and interesting. I wonder what ElectroPainLover might suggest to add...hmmm.

These metal bands do deserve some sympathy, it’s not like they’re ever going to the Grammy’s or getting promoted on download sites run by major corporations.

And Steve, congratulations for being able to understand the lyrics.

Kate Bush 'bondage' publicity shot:

Not actually a record cover, but a publicity shot from 1978 showing Kate Bush bound in red tights and leotard. (You have to scroll down a bit, but you can't miss it).

http://katebush.proboards.com/thread/1680/symphony-blue

It caused a bit of controversary at the time, because it was used by the Daily Mirror without her permission. (Can't see the problem myself)

A little off subject...but;

Would it surprise you that my theme song is Shock Me by Kiss, written by Ace Frehley? Hmmm...wonder why?

Slightly off topic, but hopefully related.

Nylon Beat : Seksi vie ja taksi tuo (Sex on a Taxi Ride)

In this music video, Finnish band front women Jonna Kosonen and Erin Koivisto deliver the lyrics for their song ‘Sex on a Taxi Ride’ bound in the trunk of a 1978 Chrysler New Yorker, then tied to chairs in a warehouse. The video ends with the two back in the trunk with their mouths tape shut.

No images of bondage appeared on the album cover of Valehtelija (Liar) which included the song.

Pretty darn sexy video Fordman. And, for a hard rocker...even the music wasn't too bad. Something sexy about a sensual female voice I guess.

Great vid Fordman. I could (and probably will) watch this over and over again.

After the Nylon Beat video, I wanted to see how many other music videos had bondage in them, turns out it’s quite a lot. So I confined it to videos where bondage plays a major role, here is a sampling.

Shooting Blanks – One More Thing
4 women bound and gagged with duct tape, forced to listen to band
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlTVvGOvuJA

Skunk Anansie – Charity
Woman performs in a rubber straitjacket.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQ7ZeSU8ZXM

Aqua – My Oh My
Norwegian singer Lene spends a good deal of time tied to a mast in this Hook inspired video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQPS5J9_GNw

Pat Benatar – Anxiety
Ms. Benatar spends some time in a straitjacket in this video. See album cover link else ware in this topic.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXatoCG13tw

Damhnait Doyle - Another California Song
Blond bound and tape gagged by female lead singer in motel room for majority of video, finally untied by a policeman at the end.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaxosG2R6nk

Probot Feat - Shake Your Blood
Lemmy Kilmister from Motörhead. Chock full of tied up women in leather gear. The emphasis is clearly on bondage.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T09hBGGpSjk

Ninos Mutantes - Te Favorece Tanto Estar Callada
Band plays while four lovely Latina women, all clad in black outfits, are tied to chairs with white ropes and gagged with black duct tape.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQ7rXZEM3l4

Carlos Salgar - Cara A Cara
Salgar is abducted by Mexican kidnappers and taken into a room with four attractive female hostages, all of them tied to chairs with thick ropes and gagged in different manners.

Great videos Fordman...Thanks!

My order of favoritism...

1) Shooting Blanks - One More Thing
Reason - The women were quite nice looking. The song was about why they were tied there. They had scorned the members of the band and were forced to listen to how the members felt. Song was quite good actually.

2) Ninos Mutantes - Te Favorece Tanto Estar Callada
Reason - Song sounded good, just wish I could've understood the lyrics. Spent a lot of time on the bound women. The contrast of their black attire and white ropes made for a nice contrast. The women were pretty.

3) Damhnait Doyle - Another California Song
Reason - Not a bad song. Both women were very nice looking and the bondage was well played. A good video.

4) Pat Benatar - Anxiety
Reason - It's Pat Benatar...always been one of my dream women. The waiting room scene was funny as the previous patients were brought out. Ms. Benatar in a straight jacket is nice as well. Very nice video.

5) Aqua - My Oh My
Reason - Pretty girl and a pretty good song. Would've been higher had there been a little longer, more focused upon bondage.

6) Carlos Salgar - Cara A Cara
Reason - Another Spanish song that I wish I could've understood. The music and rhythm was good. Nice bondage but a little violent seeming. Unsure what happened to the girls though I believe the girl at the end was one that was bound. A little too violent with all the injuries, but the song may have explained it.

7) Skunk Anansie - Charity
Reason - I do not care for bald women. Major turn off for me...thought she was a guy until she started singing. Not my type of music. Video might be for some, but, not for me.

Again, great stuff Fordman.

Thanks for uncovering these Fordman. Some great vids here. I haven't really decided which is my favourite yet, so will have to go back and revisit them all again before coming to a decision (it's a horrible task, but someone's gotta do it!) Always good to see Pat Benatar in that straitjacket.

Good to see the late, great Lemmy again. Gone but not forgotten.

(And I'm in total agreement with you, Dana, about bald headed women!)

Great cover Steve...Hot if I must say.

Yeah...Sinade O'Connor was another one that turned me off. Not to mention her political ramblings making her sound like she was a supporter of the I.R.A.

I'm not sure if this one counts as bondage or not. (I like to think it does)

Kylie Minogue - Red Blooded Woman

http://vol11.music-bazaar.com/album-images/vol11/534/534494/2369032-big/Red-Blooded-Woman-Maxi-Single-CD-2-picture.jpg

You can't really see her hands, but I like to think they've been tied above her head. And the thin cords on her upper arms lend some support to this theory, I feel.

I guess it's all down to interpretation really.
