I welcome constructive feedback, as I want to improve. But, I have learned not to take the haters to heart. It is hard because it feels personal.

Just remember one thing,

It's only personal if you let it be personal, otherwise it's just an opinion. Everyone is unfortunately entitled to an opinion, even if it's wrong. Hahaha

And like I tell the people who I manage, if someone says something or does something to get a negative response out of you, and they do. They win. Dismiss them without as much as a thought. They will be mad that you didn't feed into their rhetoric, and by doing that you win.

Thats a good life lesson I think also!
