AI/ App controlled self-bondage story

There was a story about a female programmer who was into self bondage. She created a whole bondage room/ cell and an app/ AI that would control her session, torment her, and let her out after a certain amount of time. Eventually the APP decides not to let her go and forces her to submit in various ways, including forcing her to call one of her friends over.

I hope this is a decent description. It was a while ago and I'm a bit fuzzy on the exact details.

Several stories comes to mind, some of them:

Except that it's near future and you DO honor contracts you signed, even both you and person you have contract with agree that there was misunderstanding.
