That's quite an interesting alternative reality your created there, thank you for the story! Even though it's quite dystopian, especially with the revelations in the end.

I just had an idea for a possible sequel:
A huge bondage and isolation fan gets during a long session so deep into subspace/meditation/whatever that they notice their pilot. Obviously, in such a case the implanted personality (pilot?) has orders to immediately take over, erase any memory of the experience and report to their handler. But this is not as easy as it usually should be since: 1) The other mind came down to their level, conscious-wise and 2) their still bound in total isolation for another few days without any security early-release mechanism. So the original personality manages to overwhelm their pilot and starts to interrogate her. As it turns out, she's quite a nice girl, just deeply conditioned.
And she knows a lot about the reality of the situation (Since pilots have turned out to work so perfectly well when left alone, they're a treasure trove of top-secret info the host has forgotten). When the restraints release, the host has managed to turn her pilot and is now working on a plan to get to the bottom of the whole conspiracy. A long and exciting quest involving all sorts of kinky adventures...

Just a bit of a mindstorm I came of with you can any or none of it however you want.
