Mom swallows son

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a story about a mother swallowing her son, but they're actually some kind of aliens, who can reformnafter being swallowed, and their lifetime increases, also the son has a sister, who he thinks is his mothers friend, bc she was older?
Don't know if it was on here, or at Eka's portal, but one of the two for sure. Thanks for the help
