Looking for a story where a lodger takes control

I remember reading a multi part story (I did't finish it) about a woman who is easily distracted and makes excuses so hires a lodger to help her stay on track, i think they signed a contract, first there's spankings, then corner time, slowly the Lodger takes more and more control of her life all under the guise of helping her achieve her goals in line with the contract which if i remember right gets amended again and again.
