this is one of my favorite kinds of story, and this one was excellent.  i hope you continue to write more chapters!  i can't wait to see what happens to Lucy in the basement.

Nice to see so much naughty medical bondage going on, and all of the staff so unaware of the reality of the situation!  The trips out and about are an excellent addition to the situation.

I do hope there is going to be more, there is so much more scope for naughty fun here once she is moved into the basement though, so the sooner this can happen the better!

I loved the medical bondage, and I loved how the nurses didn't know the patient's real identity and condition too. I am curious as to if the aunt and her doctor boyfriend are good guys, or if they take advantage at some point. Part two should be quite interesting, but I could see the aunt being forced into making a moral decision, as in "do I go to jail for insurance fraud, along with my doctor boyfriend, or do we just keep the patient a patient?"
