I've been trying to find a story I'm 90% sure I read here. 

It was about a woman who invented a device (a visor, I think) that can be used to hypnotize/reprogram someone.  She starts off programming herself to enjoy giving her boyfriend blowjobs, and eventually lets him start programming her.  He starts programming her more and more, including getting her into his fetish of CMNF (clothed male, nude female).  She winds up as a perfectly programmed, happy toy.
