looking for a Halloween story with magic

it involves a warehouse party with two girls in costumes, one's in a steampunk outfit with a fetish gasmask and cop friend, there's a stage crasher and he casts magic that sends lightning that changes people into their costume

the newly changing gimp goes into the bathroom, the guy on stage gets killed by cops and both girls live their lives together looking for a way to reverse the magic

not sure why it's so hard to find
