Coworker gets locked up at club without her keys

Looking for a story where a coworker hides some keys from his coworker. He follows her to a club and she gets locked up, but the only keys were at the office. That is about all I remember about it. Thanks for the help.

I think it also had a beginning where he was a member of a bondage club/bar and discovered she was a regular too. Or something like that.
