Woman wandering post apocalyptic world while chained up

I wonder if anyone can help, trying to find a story I read years ago about a woman who was chained up by her partner then some sort of disaster / world war 3 type thing happened and she's stuck in bondage.

That's about all I can remember of the details. Hoping someone has a better memory than I do.

I think this was a story called 'after' on the original handcuff.com site years ago.  I have looked for it, never found it.  Think it was 7 part, never finished.

Or even if you could post the first few paragraphs, and/or URLs it was originally on. Typically if you've got some specific text to search for, it's possible to find a hosted copy if one is still up somewhere. Or use of the https://archive.org/web/ to try and get a hold of it from where it was originally posted.
