BIEL (Bondage in Everyday Life)

There was, a dozen years ago, a site called the BIEL site, which had a huge collection of people (mostly female) tied up but in a non-scene way, like as part of a play or where friends handcuff someone's hands around a tree. It disappeared (well, I can't find it). Does anyone know if it's resurfaced somewhere or picture sites with a similar topic?
