Looking for a TV movie from 90'

That's a story board:
A woman is married with a man and, during a road trip, they're taken as hostages by a man escaped from jail. But the woman fall in love for the bad boy and kills the sheriff to save him. She asks even her new lover, to kill her husband for her, but I don't remember how but the husband is safe. I remember perhaps that the bad boy let him go.
What I remember is that in fact, the betrayed husband is very rich and his wife, learning that her husband is very rich, tries to be forgiven by bait of gains. But he don't forgive her, knowing that she's just interested by money and in front of an attorney, he divorces her, giving her just a few $  and threat her that he had the proofs that she killed a sheriff. If she tries to make him a divorce trial, to get more money, he gives these proofs to the police.
