Looking for a movie

Hi to all

Some years ago I've seen a movie and I don't remember the title.
It was a story about a woman working as a dominatrix for men.
She handcuffed them in their back and she was always wearing a mask.

At the end of the movie, she handcuffed a mechanic with handcuffs in his back and she hooked him to the winch, by the handcuffs.

Do you have an idea ?
