Good story, but the descriptions of the protagonist and his wife might have been better placed at the beginning of the story instead of the end

I must admit it left me with a few questions:

Spoilers below.

Did the boss know the protagonist was male all along?
And if so, was she trying to sell him as a sissy, or trying to get one over on her client?

 I really love this story. I've saved it for me and done some changes ( pantyhose instead of stockings and as soon the main character began to work , rigid cuffs on ankles too during the action day, obligation to stay crossdressed and handcuffed at work and at home all days, even after the assault day. Rigid handcuffs always in back at home and short leg irons on ankles until the next day at work and on WE and holydays)
