Looking for a certain story

I forgot the name of the story but it's about a girl who sets herself up in a makeshift dungeon in her basement and has a webcam set up so people can watch and give her instructions she has to follow. It ends with another woman hacking the webcam, shutting it off, then showing up at the girls house to take control for real.
