Looking For Story... hero saves bondage model

Does anyone recall a story about a female fetish/bondage model (or pair of models) that sign up for a photo session with an unreliable rigger.

Some neighbor in the apartment below discovers water leaking into his apartment ceiling... he investigates... the neighbor is surprised to find girls in roped bondage peril in the bathroom tub

(I forget the exact circumstances. Maybe the photographer or rigger abandonded the models mid shoot or maybe the models were playing around with unsafe selfbondage)

The neighbor rescues the girl (or girls) and a great relationship begins. The girl(s) have subsequent safe adventures now that they found a reliable safe good guy to play with.

I may or may not remember this one part correctly... The one wrinkle in the story (as I recall) the hero was new to bondage, so the girls (the bondage enthusiasts) warm up the fellow to play with them... because the girl (or girls) wanted to play but play safely

I remember enjoying the story because it started with a shade of scary reluctant-becomes-nc and a hero saves the day only to be "rewarded" with a fantastic relationship with gorgeous girls who teach him the exciting erotic fun that is safe sane consensual loving reliable play.
