1 is the motivation for other machine stories like Gift Wrapper and Weird Science, so I'll say that it's pretty nice, having a machine that wraps you up like a common object.

2-3 is also interesting in a slasher way, when the machine not only traps the whole house in tape but also traps you in a can.

4-6, however, is a bit left-field for me, too much of a shift from machines and turning into a man-controller who does requests.

Darkraptor's version is a bit half-and-half, mainly because most of the mummies are men.  However, I do applaud and fear the idea of a taping robot army.
