Favorite Release Method?

What type of Release Method do you use most often and how well does it work for you?

I have allowed for you to be able to pick two choices. You can pick the two you use most and another you use in place of it, or, your primary release and your backup release. However you wish to answer.

I use an electromagnet as my restraint and my release method. A 1,000 pound magnetic door lock holds my restraints in place via a cable system, then when it releases, I can move my hands far enough to reach my keys. I have also been tinkering with an Arduino to try to work with my computer and electromagnet.
