Woman arrested for speeding

Hi, I'm looking for a story where a young bratty woman is arrested by a sheriff, for speeding, and handcuffed in a cell but she has her time continually extended for bad behavior, with a calender on the wall outside her cell, telling her how much time her stay keeps  getting extended.
