It was interesting reading, even though it's not exactly 'my thing' as such. (I don't tie up myself, only other people.)

But I was left wondering —perhaps due to my limited language skills— how you managed to turn your hands into a reverse prayer position and attach them like that?

Thanks for your interest.

My self bondage includes running a rope around from the front of one shoulder around the back of my neck and back down the front of the other shoulder, then around the back (much like a halter top).  I run the rope along this path 4-5 times and tie it off.  After tying my legs, I run another rope from my ankle ropes under this rope at the back of my neck and back down to my ankles.  I loop this a few times.  One end is tied to my ankle ropes and the other end runs under the rope at the back of my neck, unattached.

After I've arched my back with cushions under my shoulders and under my knees (tummy touching the floor) I take the slack out of the rope by pulling the unattached end.  I keep pulling so that it starts to pull my feet towards my head, arching my back more.  When I've pulled the rope as tight as I can (and I'm arched as much as I can make it), I reach behind myself and create a small loop in this rope.  Then I run a carabiner through the loop and through the metal links on my wrist cuffs.

When I slide off the cushions, my back wants to un-arch and my legs pull away from my head.  This pulls the rope that is keeping my legs bent and pulls my hands up my back (towards the back of my neck) like a reverse prayer.  It is so very tight !!  All I need is for someone to wrap some rope around my chest, upper arms and covering my hands (not that I could move without that).

I hope this explains how this hogtie becomes a reverse prayer.  And please enjoy my other stories.  I should have another one coming soon.
