Interested in puppy play, how long can arms/legs be kept folded so you must remain on your elbows and knees?

Is there a gag that "encourages" you to bark or yip?

During a dog mode stay that I organised at our bed and breakfast, a submissive spent more than 4 hours in dog bondage. I also organised games for him on the grass in the park.
The stay lasted two and a half days.

MY TIPS
You need to protect the elbows and knees if you plan to move around on grass or tiles.
Arms tied in front (under the neck) can last XX hours.
Legs cannot remain tied and bent for more than a few hours because the muscles need to relax.
I don't know of any tricks for a gag that would force someone to bark.
