Vacuum cube compaction
« on: February 21, 2016, 05:14:00 pm »
Hello, all!

So we all know that taking a ride in a real compactor is risky. Some of us here in the Plaza have done it, and I've seen more on FetLife, but anything could be in there with you to permanently injure you, and that's assuming that the machinery itself doesn't go just that little bit too far...

A couple of weeks ago, I discovered something that could be an excellent substitute. At a latex fetish demo held by a local kink group, I got to try a vacuum cube. If you've never seen one, it's not hard to find a video on YouTube; it's a six-sided frame supporting a hollow cube of latex sheeting. You crawl in, stick your head through an opening or take an air tube into your mouth, and the air is slowly removed.

Let me tell you, the sensation was amazing. from all sides, the soft latex pressed in on me inescapably. I was held comfortably but tightly - so tightly that I could not move a muscle, and the demonstrator was able to roll the cube to other sides while I remained suspended in the middle.

I desperately want to try that again while I'm bagged up, and wonder what it would be like to have one large enough to put me in there with other prepared bags that would slowly close in on me from all sides!

Of course, a latex vacuum cube is not cheap. But it's cheaper than a compactor of your own, and certainly cheaper than hospital bills. So I'd recommend the experience to anyone here!

If you're lucky enough to have room, I don't think such a compactor is too hard to make.

You need a rigid frame - metal waterpipes or some strong wooden sticks. I'd be careful to overdimension as I wouldn't like the sticks to break and possibly pierce you.

Next buy some latex sheet and some glue. That's not overly expensive either - a quick search said .60 mm at 1 meter wide and price $28 - couldn't quite figure out if that was 1 or 10 yards of latex. Most likely it's pr. meter.

How much would you need? If having a box at 1yard x 1yard x 1yard (1 yeard is .90 m) you'd need something like 5 yards for one round and another two yards for the sides. Of course you need some overlapping to seal the edges - the yard-meter conversion should handle that.

You'd need to work out some entrance and some fixation of a rubber tube for the vacuum cleaner/pump.

That should do it - you'd be ready to rock. Or rather - you shouldn't be able to rock yourself.

In case of an iron frame - imagine using some strong magnets to lift the cage in the air..... Lots of fun for those standing by - and hopefully lots of fun for you as well.

Oh yes - that was the last point.... Never use such a toy when alone!

Thanks Shokolada,

For your kind and helpful advice.

I have not tried a latex vacuum cube, but I know of an even cheaper (and dare I say better) method to experience 'compaction'.

A large garbage bag and a domestic vacuum cleaner will achieve similar results, and can be purchased in any household shop, without the need to find a 'specialist' shop.

Seeing the black polythene get sucked onto your naked body is arousing, and the smell of the trash bag, helps to replicate the smell of real life trash bags. It also does something mentally - you look and feel part of the trash, and that plays on your imagination better, for dedicated trashcan fans. But I appreciate those with a love of latex will like your suggestion. Personally, I prefer the touch, smell and visualisation that silky black polythene gives.

But each to his or her own. There is no right or wrong answer. It is a matter of choice.

I recommend you try the garbage bag and vacuum. It may offer a cheaper (and arguably better) way of reaching your high. Enjoy !

As I have already posted elsewhere on this site, here in the UK, the best garbage bag supplier is www.binlinersdirect.com  The sell BP1100, these are a massive 1100 litre (240 gallon) heavy duty bags, and are 6'11" (2.1 metres) deep and 6'5" (1.96 metres) wide. Easily large enough to 'eat' any of you whole, possibly even two of you at once !  They dispatch the order quickly. A heavy cardboard box containing 50 lovely, thick, heavy duty, shiny, black polythene bags arrives in time for your 'play time'.  At GBP £70 per 50 liners, it ain't cheap, but worth every penny.  Just remember your air hole(s), and play safe to play again another day.  And don't be put off that they deliver to the UK, email them and ask if they ship overseas - you don't know if you don't ask. It is one of the best purchases I have ever done. I cannot recommend these too highly.

Hello Daffy,

I've done the vacuum and trash bag trick before, and it's certainly wonderful! I'd recommend it to anyone. And I prefer the polyethylene feeling myself, no argument there. So it's a great feeling on a budget!

But the latex cube was a different feeling... more like a compaction feeling somehow in my head. It may very well be a subjective sensation. But I suspect most of the folks here will enjoy it a great deal if they ever get the chance to try it: as I mentioned, I'm hoping next time I can try it out while already bagged!

Yours,
Shok

Hi Teaser,

Thanks for your DIY idea. How to assemble instructions provided !

As I am useless at DIY, I bet if I attempted it, it would not resemble anything nice.....

Hi Shok,

Thanks for the tips.

I think I am going to have to start a collection (excuse the pun) for a group of us to buy a second hand garbage truck.

Shok can provide the female operators !   Teaser can provide the DIY knowhow.  Daffy can be in first victim.

This is a fascinating subject.

Ive always wondered about vacuum beds, I've seen them, and they look delicious, particularly if you have a lovely lady to assist and tease.

I've done the vacuum and trashbag thing before. It's ironic that Daffy mentions the heavy duty 1100 litre bags. I've tried it with heavy duty trash bags but I much prefer using a slightly less heavy duty bag. I don't know the plastic mil size, but I fell that a slightly thinner bag clings far better.

I've also figured out that if you sacrifice the top of a water bottle with a twist to drink top, Cut the top of the bottle off so that it makes a funnel, separate the cap and bottle top, but the cap inside your bag, bottle on the outside and twist the together. Punch a whole in the bag that is now stretched across the opening of the bottle top and you have an airtight valve.

It's a simple yet very effective way to vacuum seal yourself inside a black bag. You can tie the bag around your chest, or neck to assist in getting a good seal. The only issue I've found is that I Have to be wearing a thin base layer to facilitate good suction of the plastic against every inch of my skin.

It's an amazing feeling.

Now, on to the vacuum bed...

hey, we are all in it together, or wish to be...

And I'm a fan of the saying, never be the highest rank with a secret.

If I know how to do something and know others want to do it too, it makes no sense to keep it secret.

There are plenty of trash bags, dumpsters, trucks, and compactors for all of us to have our fun.
