Thanks Dana, I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I know what you mean. Machine stories are my favorite so you would think I'd have written more of them, but so many of the things I am interested in have been done so well by others it's hard to come up with new ideas, or at least new ways of telling old ideas since there are no new ideas.

Yep...it's a mousetrap Fordman...very difficult to better upon the old 'spring-bar' style of the old ones.

Gotta say. I really enjoyed this. It shows that we can't have machines do everything. And now i'm wishing they did so I could sit on the floor of a shop and be "cleaned up". Obviously without the binds because I'd want to go after.
