My most sincere apologies, Harry, I'll try to write less interesting stories in the future.   ;)  Honestly, though, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the story enough to watch for the next chapter.  One quick teaser;  chapter one was called Discovery, chapter two will be Demonstration.  Hope knowing that gets your imagination working.   ;D

Thanks Max.  No, Gromet doesn't have chapter 2 yet.  I'll try to get it ready and sent in this week.  After that, it all depends on how many stories are ahead of it in line.

I do like this, clearly drawn characters off to an interesting start.  There are plenty of complexities opening up before us, with this triangle of women, with the history of friendship and connection, combined with the love, strong feelings, and very clearly shown tendency to get rather carried away once started on a course of action :)

I am looking forward to seeing how this develops, and goes from here, since I am left with the feeling that we have 3 strong willed women here, so one of them is likely to just lay down passively and cooperate, unless they really want to :)

Thanks, Fordman, I'm glad you're enjoying things so far.  Chapter 2 has been sent in.  It's a bit shorter than Chapter 1, but it has enough packed into it to provide the next step in the story progression.  As to the car, that one has special meaning for me.  I got my license driving a '73 Dodge pickup with a 318 and 3-speed, but the car I drove to really get good with a clutch was my best friend's car.  It was a '69 Road Runner with a 440 Magnum Police Interceptor engine, bored, stroked and blueprinted.  Dual Holly quads, 11" competition clutch, Hurst shift kit, and 3:11 Posi Trac.  And it also had the original Road Runner horn.  Stomp on it and it could put your head in the trunk.  I miss that car.

Great continuation Lobo! Sounds like Carol is not only getting a demonstration but, is going to find some action in her future as well. I'm enjoying the pace of the story and how Myra is taking control of her normally dominant partner. Hopefully we will have more about the trio.

Thanks, Max, I'm glad you enjoyed it.  As for more chapters, you've read enough of my work to know how much I love trilogies.  Chapter three will bring this one to a close, at least for now.  Then again, considering the stories I thought finished, but wound up revisiting, you just never can tell.
