Looking for a story involving chastity

I am looking for a story involving chastity. I was reading it a few weeks back and cant seem to find it again or remember its name. The story was on Gromet's main site and I found it on the search originally.
It was about a lady who comes home to her rural house with some odd packages on the porch, then gets curious and opens them finding chastity and other gear. She is then discovered by the neighbor who is the real recipient and the neighbor helps out by adding more of the items onto the main character.

Yes the neighbor is female. The products were also from a website that the main character could look up.

Tthough if the neighbour that gets the package doesn't tie herself, then maybe you'd want to lose the Sbf tag which is a much broader search. Perhaps some of those other tags might ring a bell for you and narrow it down a bit, or sometimes I find just browsing the titles can remind you.
