There are series where I wish they didn’t stir such strong responses. This is one of them. In the one hand clearly the protagonist is evil and what she does is beyond cruel. Yet that forbidden ness for lack of a better word adds to it.especially because the writing of these terrible things is so good.

That juxtaposition in itself adds a layer to the tension of the story. Thank you for your inspired continuation of this series

Takes me way way back.

Now, I'm wondering if the new brine suit is intended for "California"...

I assure you there is a plan .   The story has been mapped out to a conclusion and the interludes will integrate into the story.  However, there is supposed to be an air of mystery about it all.

The key is finding time to continue.
