Ah, yeah OK I just re-read that and I see how it reads. She's fully clothed in that "short clingy dress" but she used her knickers to gag him so she's naked under the dress but that's to tease her husband not a means to being unfaithful.

Let me just add something, here:

In the past, I have belonged to a bondage organization and attended meetings and "munches". People dress in a fetishy manner at these dos. I never once witnessed anyone getting out of line or being anything less than respectful, and this is at a meeting where often there is more than one person naked and bound. I guess it's because the dynamic at these gatherings is vastly different than in public--consent seems to be sacrosanct.
