Man transformed into a girl story

I remember a story, possibly fictionmania but that site is terrible to find anything on, where a guy signs away his life, house and money to a guy who gives people new starts and is turned into a girl, the money from signing over everything paying for the care home he'll have to grow up again in.

I remember something about it being a machine that transforms, and the 'pattern' or 'essence' of what he once was is stored (conceivably allowing transformation back) in pussy shaped tubes but the guy who runs the operation keeps them all locked away and when he's sure he's fully converted the once male person, takes pleasure in fucking it and breaking the tube which renders it useless for transforming back.

Or something.
