I love the idea in theory, but I just think it's too dangerous! If there was a way I could do it without any risk of being killed or maimed I would.

i know of several people that play in compactors and a few that have been in garbage trucks,.. with common sense it can be done relatively safely, but many precautions must be taken,. mainly ensuring its the right kind of equipment as only certain types of compactor/truck pack in "the right way" to allow it

I still think the guy was rather brave climbing inside a working garbage truck, and he was kind enough to post it on Youtube for the rest of us to enjoy.

Yes we all prefer bagged domestic waste and a rear loader etc., but who is going to get that video ?  Any volunteers ?  I thought not.

I suspect such a video would be rather dark (in more than one sense). It would go rather black, then you might hear some bones breaking and some air hissing out of the videographer's lungs.

well,.. all i can tell you is i know someone thats been through a rear loader dozens of times without injury,. u just have to know your truck and where to be
