Your depiction of the cold, anonymous, and extremely demanding environment is well done;
how the permanence of the restrains is achieved unfortunately remains "secret" (as in your last story) and is therefore implausible for the reader.

I didn't understand that Emily's hands need to be extra-secured overnight but not during the day, but I'm no ponyplay expert either;)

Thank you for sharing! The addition of the four training modules and the scoring system made the facility feel scarily professional and real. Making the staff subject to the exact same punishment if they show sympathy was a brilliant, dark touch that makes the whole system feel completely inescapable.
