Studio 0.25 ("S25") is manufacturing its first Literary Installation: Anatomy of a Surrender.

Part I (approx. 8,500 words) will be made available privately to five selected members of this community (each a "Reader" and together, the "Readers").

Part I is the first of eight parts that draw partly on the sensual territory of latex, self-bondage, restraint, loss of control, and human bodies becoming part of installations or systems. Those elements, however, constitute only the foundations of a much broader literary project involving performance art, relationships, consent, identity, technology, and the consequences of desire.

Individuals seeking to qualify as a Reader need not be professional editors or writers. On the contrary, S25 is specifically seeking the perspective of readers from this community. This community alone.

When did a small treasure become a laptop stand, a wedge for a wobbly table?
As if a book were no longer worthy of elevating anything but a screen.

And why did we decide that black on white was enough?
