Are you a Plaza junkie like me? Do you check the site more than twice a day to see if there is an update? Are you chomping at the bit gag, waiting for Gromet to return and put out the next update?
Good News! There is a cure!
Yes folks, there is a miracle cure to relieve the pain of not having new stories to consume. And for today's bargain price of $19.95... I mean $4.99... No wait, ABSOLUTELY FREE! Since Gromet started the site and is so generous to provide us with all of this, you too can have the answer.
The cure comes from a little button down the left side of the page called "Stories by Author". As the main page says, there are over 8700 stories currently on the site... Bet you haven't read them all!  I thoroughly enjoy just picking a starting point and reading every story from an author and then just keep going to the next author on the list. Reading them this way might broaden your horizons and take you to categories of the site that you might normally just skim over and miss that hidden gem of a story.
Try it out. There are many, many great stories here that have been posted years ago, but they are still here, waiting for you to read them.

The galleries page is also a great place to visit and maybe get some ideas for your next playtime.

I'd love to hear what everyone's favorite section is or maybe your favorite story on the site. My favorite is Alien Rubber by RbrBill. Check it out.

I agree with you and MsBehavin.

I wonder how many readers just read their favourite section, and leave the lesser known ones alone ? 

Perhaps they think that 'normal / moderately kinky' e.g. bondage is fine, but Devoured or Trashcan is just way too 'hard core' for their tastes ?

I found when I explored the site into its 'hidden recesses' I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. But perhaps I am just strange in having a wide taste for this stuff.  (No need to write and tell me that I am weird, it was a rhetorical question !)

I've also been using Gromet's 'down time' to revisit old stories, and find ones that I've not previously read in the archives.

My method was a little different to yours. Since most of the stories have been categorised (e.g., MF; F/m; straitjacket; bond; cuffs; rope; gag; susp; toys; wrap; tease; gift; cons; X), use the ctrl+f function on your computer to search your favourite categories in the 'Stories by Title' sections.

Try categories other than your normal favourites, for instance, if your kink is Bondage, it's surprising (or possibly not!) how often this appears in Mummification, or Latex etc.

But still, I'm looking forward to Gromet's return (Ahem, MsBehavin, time to springclean your basement?  )

Oh yes, favourite stories at the moment are the two "Zena's Boutique" by S. Farr, as well as various more recent authors

Yeah good tips and yes I have been reading authors stories instead of just my normal subjects of selfbondage, latex and bondage... (hmm anyone notice my theme??)  But just ran across some delicious stories by Rupes and we'll my little chastity tube is quite uncomfortably tight what a glorious feeling.  But yes checking at least 2x a day or more and anxious to see new stories.  Anyone have some suggestions for ones I may have missed but really love any of the F/m or M/m and yes the small m is my favorite hehehe.  Happy reading all

Gromet is back and things are much back to normal, but I kept thinking about this thread and what my answers would be. They are great questions, I hope more people answer them, it's interesting what we each like.

My favorite is probably the SB, with the Bondage one right after that. There are a lot of sections that the kink associated with them doesn't do anything for me, but I'm sure that's true for everyone. The eic stories is also a place I keep up on. Guilty pleasures are both the packaged and trashcan sections.

It's hard to pick a favorite story or a writer, there are so many downright excellent stories here and my favorite has changed over the long time that I've been here. Honorable mention goes to Zack and "Mile High Club" but I think my all-time favorite, the one I've enjoyed the most over the longest period of time,  is from "Jack Rabbit" (wonder if there is a relation to our own Jackie Rabbit?) "Cuckloid" and it's equally excellent sequel "Ken's Birthday Gift"

Digging into older stories in your favorite section is always a rewarding pastime, but as MKPet and other posters have stated don’t ignore the rest of the Plaza.

And don’t forget about the Halloween Specials which date back to 2007, it’s only stories from the last couple of years that are linked from the main Plaza page. There are hundreds of stories buried in the Halloween Crypt, I mean archive, written by the most popular and respected authors such as Lobo, Jackie Rabbit and Tammy Murfin. And just because these stories were written specifically for Halloween doesn’t mean they don’t contain each author’s favorite kinks, they do.
