I need help identifying a story I remember reading.

Male-type character is away traveling for business.

Female-type character wife (I think) is at home, when the delivery company rings the doorbell with a sizable/heavy box that requires a signature.

After signing, after the delivery driver leaves, the package is brought indoors, and she closes the front door and locks it.

She opens the box, and finds a chasity belt (I forget if it is just a Chastity belt or if it is a full complete chastity 'set' of the belt+bra+etc).

She and her significant other (husband I think) are kinky.
She is excited, she opens the box and removes the chastity hardware.
She assumes (correctly it is revealed) that her husband ordered the kinky goods.
She is arroused and decideds to put on the chastity hardware to surprise her husband when he returns from his business trip sometime soon (I forget if it is scheduled for that night or such).
Before putting anything on her body, she smartly looks to make sure the box contains a set of keys.
She finds a sealed envelope with a set of what feels like (through the envelope) to be keys.
She does not open the envelope, so she never tries the keys to make sure they will unlock the chastity harware.
She sets aside the envelope she felt keys inside.
She puts on EVERYTHING, she is very arroused, she locks everything on her body.
...
After a few minutes/hours (same afternoon) she decides to remove the chastity hardware.

She cannot turn the keys, she realizes the keys are actually "blanks" that need to be cut first.
She is despondant, so she calls her husband's cell phone, when he answers she is scared and crying.
He is in some distant airport trying to get a flight and he is trying to "talk-down" his wife.r

Somewhere in the phone call dialog, he explains he ordered the kinky chastity hardware after a kinky sex talk session. they eventually have a conference call with the company who manufactured the chastity hardware.

During the call with the chastity company they express empathy towards the wife's situation.
The company decides to ship out replacement keys to unlock the hardware.

Eventually he wife ends up being cornered by a group of bad men seeking to rape her.
Luckly her chastity hardware prevents the rapists from raping her.
The rapists get angry about their failure to rape her.

Then the rapists enact revenge  upon her via her chastity wear. The rapists do some things to damage her chastity hardware, to make the chastity perment.

In the end husband and wife ofail to remove the chastity and they adjust eheir lifestyles to suit their inability to remove the chastity belt.
