Profile Editing Question - Help

Dear Users,
How do I change the little blurb below my name? It currently reads "Bound and Gagged" and I'd like to change it to something more mundane. I have checked the various settings under Profile Details, Account Settings, and Look and Layout, but I didn't see where I could edit it.

I think that is the level you are at based on your posting history. You start at newbie and there seems to be tiers though I'm not sure what they are.
