The scariest thing about Luna's story is how banal the damnation is. In the old stories, the Devil appears in a cloud of sulfur and makes you sign a parchment in blood: you know it's a trap. But Luna's trap was just a standard 'Click Here to Accept' button at the bottom of a 50-page digital contract. And let's be honest, who among us hasn't signed that exact kind of document without reading a single line of it? Seeing Luna find out that her consciousness has become the property of Maidbots, Inc. is the ultimate cautionary tale for the digital age: we are losing our souls to the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Thanks again for your comments, yes we sign the eua's without reading them, it's probably intentional that they make them so long, or written in legalise, so that the average person does have the time or is bothered to read them, or even understand them. Selling your soul is becoming less of a hassle these days.
