Looking for permanent, tricked story

Hi all, I'm looking for a story that I think was from a couple years ago.  It involved a man flying to meet his mistress, but she took him to a dungeon on a farm and was making his bondage permanent.  He was welded into shackles, told he would never be let loose, and told would be reserved for her sadist side.  I remember he was told he would have to memorize useless statistics, would be beaten if he forgot, and then the answers would be changed on him.  Does anyone know of this story?
