I started commenting as I was reading this, since I realised it was looking like one of those stories where I have quite a bit to say, so this might be a bit disjointed, but hopefully all makes sense in the end.

At the start I am wondering about the relationship between Laura and the friend who had pointed her towards this hotel.  It's not a big question, but given her level of desire and need to experience bondage like this, to take these sorts of risks, and to go to these lengths, she obviously has a strong need and desire here.  But if she doesn't feel she can trust, or is safe with this friend, then that is just the way it is.

Clearly she isn't going to be in a relationship with anyone from the hotel who comes upon her bound self, but she might also have escaped to.  Not a big point, but I was wondering and puzzling over it at the start.

Oh I feel for Jo!  Just met her, running around, trying to make life better for people, and putting the other staff ahead of her own happiness, taking up dealing with the kinky guests so no one else has to, but also so they get the benefits.  Plus look at how she worries about the AC unit...  she is already a vividly drawn character, and someone you can really warm to and care about!

The meeting between Jo and Laura, loving the storm of thoughts and emotions that Jo is going through!  Also though, a good point, that this is one hell of a long way from the normal request she has been called in to help with.  I really do feel for her, worrying if she can do enough...  especially when we know that simply not being able to escape on her own is already a large part of what Laura wanted, and that has already happened!

Of course, finding the guest, victim, plaything attractive is going to help, so long as Jo feels comfortable in herself.

Oh that is delightfully mean, "Jo", we know she is female, but a strong and large framed woman will sound more male, and probably rougher hands from her work...  poor Laura, and after checking all the staff who would find and help her should be female!

Speaking and double checking, part of me wants to complain that Laura is getting off easy here, but that's not fair, and does not fit with the delightful tags on the story, or the length.  Plus, this is what she would have to do, to be a good person, and be true to herself, so this really does feel real and sensible and correct, and it is good to let Laura feel relaxed enough to enjoy the coming ride *smirk*

Oh, really enjoying how both women think the other is OH SO experienced in all of this!  Delightful, but what else would you think?

Jumping back to Jo, I was sort of wondering at her coming across so stern and commanding, so it is a little shocking to realise how out of her depth she is feeling, while at the same time, it really came across very well, and make a great deal of sense.  She has read the note, she finds this guest cute and attractive, and she is trying to do a good job.  In the background there is also all of that work stress and frustration...  this looks most promising!

Minor editing point, Jo starts with the rope, it wasn't clear the wrists were tied behind her, that only makes sense / comes clear when the elbows are encouraged to meet.

The duct tape, cutting off the underwear, loving cutting off the panties before the legs are tied, since Jo is thinking "that was silly", while I bet Laura is thinking how wonderfully, incredibly dominant and demanding this treatment is!

Jo day dreaming, she finds her canvas so attractive, I really do feel that Jo as a character is really coming to life, in the most wonderful and amazing ways!

TEASE!  Here is Jo worrying she cannot do anything good enough, then she has multiple epiphanies, but we have to wait to learn what they are!  Still, loving how this is drawing me in, making me care, keeping me invested in these two and their journey!  I am having one random evil thought, tying things together.  Laura wants to "suffer", so take the required air conditioning part from her room, suffering guests don't need AC, they can have heat on top of other torments

But Laura thinking the waiting, and Jo searching for inspiration is part of the mind games...  both are filling in for the other so wonderfully well!!!

Gag then ear plugs, wow, Jo really is getting the ideas so very well here!

Pantyhose over the head, but Laura is thinking a professional hood...  absolutely loving the two contrasting, but parallel and sort of matching points of views and realities here, it is so funny, sexy and delightful, all at once!

Really nice to see Jo really getting into the feelings and passion of all of this, finding herself driven to her own orgasm, it is important that she gets her own rewards, beyond just helping out a kinky guest and the other workers pay packets!

Clips on her nipples, Jo really is going to town, and there we go, Laura doesn't need AC, SO nice to see the plot point that earlier just made us feel connected to the characters, and the situation, come back and be put to good use, making the story fit together nicely into a whole

Calling Miri and getting her to join in the room and the fun...  actually makes perfect sense and explains how come the hotel is so kink friendly!

The icy hot on her clit, that is SO evil!  Then the reaction, the insane reaction from Laura, the panic from Jo...  one hell of a roller coaster!

Then the two sides of the situation, as Laura is brought back from the edge, from the icy hot...  WOW!  It is this, these emotions, these characters, the ability to see this from both sides at once that works so incredibly well.  Just loving how both of them think the other is this master with years of experience, and is going along with it...  works so very well indeed!

I really do hope the author has plans for more of this epic story!!!

I thought the same! It's a nice, fresh take to have a character who isn't just easily falling into the role of the dominant as the situation encourages. Suspension of disbelief lets us handwave past a hotel that has made a thing out of assisting in kinky guests (which as anyone who'd worked in hospitality would probably say would be a nightmare :-P) but accepting that did naturally make me think that the staff would probably be exasperated by guests more than hugely into helping them.

Laura is interestingly flawed, in that she is pretending to be more experienced than she is, Jo is believably flawed in that she hasn't had a chance to experience this sort of fun fully in the past, and together they get a chance to have something that is new to both of them.

I figured the hotel was "encouraging" this, since clearly it results in plenty of extra tips and money for the put upon and often fed up staff, but since it is all unofficial, they are still a hotel, and not really offering this as a service.

All a bit hand wavy, and pure fantasy, but it has enough logic behind it to make sense for a story   But yes, Jo is going to be tired and fed up with all of the wanabies who are very demanding, without any experience or practice, just caught up in some poor fantasy from a dubious source, so I did feel the staff being generally fed up with this was a very well done point
