I don't understand not this does not have an "nc" or at the very least "reluct" tag.

Might have begun "cons", but she's been deceived (gullible or not) - and that makes it "nc", imho.

Everyone's welcome to their opinion of course, but that's not the basis on which I apply the consent tags. The protagonist has entered into this situation willingly, is clearly enthused about putting the items on even knowing their purpose, and while there is a moment where they are surprised by and show regret about what happens to them, it is incredibly brief in the story, and very quickly they are back to full acceptance of their situation. I don't think, on balance, that is enough to justify the 'reluct' tag. Whether they have been deceived or not is largely irrelevant to the tagging, what matters is how they react to the situation and how that is expressed in the writing.
