Looking for latex boss kidnap story

Looking for a specific story 1that I'm struggling to find. Can't remember the title or author name.

Story is about a woman who loves to fire workers as cost saving. She gets kidnapped and dressed in latex catsuit, hood, corset and heels and then trained to walk on it by two woman called Red and Purple. When the weekend is over she finds herself back in her car at work and had to present to the company board wearing it all.

Ends up being tricked and gets sent to a special prison where she continues to wear the latex whilst in since sort of cell that inflates.

I believe the story either started with, or had towards the very beginning, the following lines:

"She was a bitch and she knew it.
She was a bitch and she liked it"

Can anyone tell me what the story is called and where I can find it? I thought that it was on the latexstories site but couldn't find it.
