Note on Copyright Declaration

Just a short note that all my stories on Gromet Plaza are placed in the public domain by the sole author.  I'm aware Teann's default notice at the top assigns rights to the author, but in my case it doesn't apply.  The original story submission files (Word DOCX) are all marked as Public Domain in the document metadata.

I do have a task to go back through and fix all the older submissions so the declaration is accurate, but I've forgotten to do that for Whispers 2, haven't I... Will fix.

They should all be fixed now, any which don't appear correct, or if I forget in future, do feel free to just nudge me to fix.
