Looking for a '90s era blackmail femdom story, possibly "The Videotape"

I know this is a shot in the dark, but why not try? This was from Usenet back in the day. All I can remember is that it opened with a line along the lines of "she had the tape," was a blackmail story that included a line about the dominant woman having unshaven legs, and it ends with her giving him the tape, but as he's leaving, saying something like, "now what are you going to do to get the tape we made today back?"

I know that's incredibly vague, but I also remember that I quite enjoyed the story, enough that I'd love to track it down. Obviously, my quotes may well be off (since I searched for those first). Thanks for any leads!
