Help to remember the name of the story.

Hello.
The.story is begins with the boss lady describing her expensive clothes and heels.
Then two bounty hunters entered her office. She was wanted in another state for fraud or something
They offered two choices. Easy or hard. She chose easy. All chained up but with a big coat so her employees can't see she is bound and escorted.
They travel in a van. A road  trip to Chicago o new Yor, I can't remember.
The bounty hunters already have another  woman in the van. A nosy one and they have to hood the woman.

I remember the title has something about. America's road trip , or something like that. I tried in the search box on grometsplaza and  utopia with no luck.  Hope someone know that story.
