Surprisingly looking for a story

Hi just wondering if any one can help please?

I'm looking for two stories..

The first is about a guy who has to house sit for a friend who then plays with the women's lingerie and gets caught in the act.

The second is about a guy at a stables who gets dominated by the owner. It is a long story and has several parts to it.

And if this is not the one I'd recommend it, it is a great story

Just like to say thanks for the recommendation of Stable Boy by Lisa Jones.
I enjoyed it so much, I've started reading the rest of her work!
In this time of lockdown, it's great to find a good author!  :)

No problem, she has several good stories

Fortunately/unfortunately for me I do not get to 'enjoy' a non-working self isolation.

I only get to save myself 2 hours of commuting to the physical office
