Wife blackmailed into slavery contract to husband

I read a story awhile back about a wife being blackmailed by an unknown person into more and more sexual acts and servitude to her unknowing husband until a contract is presented and it essentially made her a slave to him. In the end it was the husband that was blackmailing her.

Anyone know this story or where I can find it? I don't recall where I read it.
