I just joined this forum for a basic need. Living in the north east, I'm trying to find a person to do discreet sewing.
I just can't take the stuff to a local Tailor. Any one out there have a suggestion?

Not sure what you need tailoring but I knew a seamstress who makes bespoke kinky clothing. Very talented. Her website is ready2role (do a google) Maybe she could help?

I'm not looking for anything like her wares.
What I'm looking to have done are repairs or modification to items I have and the person should be in the USA,

Hi snugv

You're very shy telling what the needs are. In general you should start learning to sew yourself! Most can be done by hand - especially if it's some kinky stuff you don't want to show to others anyway.
