It was really nice to discover, to realise that Caged for Freedom 2 was the sequel to a long loved story

I always enjoyed the wonderful and powerful emotions of the first part, the sense of mystery, of going off the deep end on this one and only chance, and of the sheer wickedness that happened, once the situation was available, and got going.

So I did wonder where part 2 was going to go, since part 1 had already pushed things forward a good distance, but I am very pleased to say that part 2 found whole new directions and levels of wickedness to explore, demonstrate and delve into!  The writing is very good, the characters really come alive, and again, it is the strong sense of mystery, of exploring without really knowing what is going on or where this is going that is so much fun.

We feel safe and comfortable in the arms of a long established relationship, but still, we get to go on a fun journey, a "once in a lifetime" experience

I am not sure about the ending, in a way it is required for a happy and open ended ending, but it just seems so short, sharp and brutal at the same time.  Such a change, the end of a marriage so fast and so harsh, but if I set this against the background of a relationship that has just been coasting for a long time, as the antics clearly demonstrate, this is not such a surprise.
