opinion about this new toy?

Wanted to know your opinion on this This unique Humbler bondage which i found on the net?

At first glance it has the potential to be extremely painful if the wearer is not exceptionally well behaved, but then I suppose that's where the "humbler" fits in.  I don't think the illustration shows the best use case.  Were the device mounted behind the legs I believe it would encourage a most respectful attitude.
