Looking for an old story

[Miss Fortune]

Looking for a short story called "The Lab" about a woman, called the "ice queen" I think, who used a material handling machine in a biological research lab to get herself off. Another woman caught her in the act and took over the machine. The woman decided to teach the ice queen, who had a reputation for being unapproachable, a lesson using the machine. Might be very old.
