Wow. That was pretty intense. I really liked the detailed descriptions although they may have been a bit over the top/repetitive in places and you did slip from past to present tense in places. Personally, I think the present tense works really well in this sort of setting.
She must be one fit young lady.

Very hot and sexy. Not that the driver seems to need any help or anything, but I wonder if he doesn't bring a friend next time, or even just a cameraman? Imaging a kidnap fantasy instead, where he finds her all bound up and waiting, but he instead takes this little show on the road someplace a bit more secluded? Oh such fun!
